Founder Story
Kindvibe was created for the helpers who light up everyone else’s lives but often forget to refuel their own.
I know, because I’m one of them and I noticed the more helpers give, the less we keep for ourselves. Joy, creativity, and self-care start to feel like luxuries instead of necessities . Eventually, many of us, especially the kind and compassionate start to run on empty.
In 2022, my perspective began to shift.
I was participating in a local a community program meant to aid in helping artists thrive and taking Harvard’s Science of Wellbeing online course. I was expecting very specific outcomes from both but instead I learned two powerful truths that changed my outlook on life:
Play is productive. Kindness is a virtue.
Few helpers are ever given permission to nourish themselves with the same care they offer others. That realization, paired with my healing journey through my own creative practices like oil painting, planted the seed for Kindvibe. I knew I needed to learn more and share what I was learning with others.
Kindvibe brings everything I’ve been living and learning together into one place.
Here, self-care feels natural, not forced. Emotional wellness feels playful, not clinical. Community feels like a kitchen table, where small practices create big shifts, and nobody has to do it alone.
We see self-care as a recipe: simple ingredients combined daily to create a deeply nourishing life.
Kindvibe’s Mission
To help kind, compassionate people flourish
And to shift mental wellness from overwhelming to obtainable and from solitary to communal
Because when kind people are nourished, they don't just survive, they light up the world.
